Joint Community Input Meeting #2 CDBG

On July 1st, Pittsylvania County and the Town of Hurt will be
hosting a public meeting to f!lake available for public review
and comment the final draft Community Development Block
Grant (CDBG) application for improvements and upgrades
to the Town of Hurt's existing water treatment plant
and related infrastructure. A final draft application and
detailed project fact sheet outlining the proposed project
activities, anticipated outcomes, and eligible benefits
will be available for public review. These improvements
are intended to enhance the reliability, efficiency, and
long-term sustainability of the public water system, while
supporting economic development opportunities and
ensuring continued access to safe and dependable drinking
water for residents and businesses.

Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes early. There will be a sign-in
sheet for all attendees. A period of public comment will
follow the County's presentation ori the project.
